Our story
Founders Steven and Shelley Sher have always been committed to the goal of helping people and, treating their skin concerns or finding a solution for easing discomfort with products that work epitomised this goal.
According to Steven, “Investing in research, technology and product testing is a focus of the company, in order to make sure that we can say with absolute confidence that our products not only work, but work effectively and quickly.” This constant desire for efficacy together with innovation has developed into a business generating brand loyalty and trust through millions of products across brands now sold around the world.
Our philosophy
Our products work. Simple as that. We use quality ingredients – natural wherever possible – and invest in research, technology and clinical testing* to make sure they do what they say they’ll do.
*We never test our products on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf. Our products are tested on ourselves and other humans during our research and development phase.
We believe in being able to offer consumers over-the-counter treatments that are alternatives to prescription medicines, so everyone can access quality dietary supplements and skincare.

Made locally, our cartons are made from recycled content and are recyclable. This is an ongoing project in which we are aiming for an ever-increasing recycled component to the board used to make our packaging.
While the cartons and bottle can go directly in your council recycling bin, to maximise recyclability of the blister packs, we recommend recycling the empty blister packets through Pharmacycle, as they have a blister pack recycling program. There are over 200 collection points and it’s free to drop off at participating pharmacies. Pharmacycle has also facilitated a convenient household option for recycling empty blister packs through Pharmacycle Recycle at Home Satchel.
As far as possible, our product range is proudly made right here in Australia, where our company is owned and run.
